In this video, Chokri Ellili, Physical Services Implementation and Capacity Building Programme Manager at the Universal Postal Union, introduces ORE Plus, a programme designed to help postal operators adapt to the fast-changing digital economy. Building on UPU’s work since 2017, ORE Plus focuses on strengthening operations, improving digital readiness, supporting peer learning, and driving performance through standardized KPIs and certification. The programme also aims to help small businesses and women entrepreneurs access global markets, positioning postal networks as key players in global trade, economic growth and digital inclusion.
