Learning Together : Listening and co-creating in Rwanda, part 1
Episode hosted by Pierre-Christophe Dagher Falardeau, Programme Officer in Women's Economic Empowerment at CECI.
As a volunteer in Rwanda, Jenelle shares her experience, which enabled her to discover the richness of reciprocal learning in a volunteer cooperation mandate. By deconstructing her preconceived ideas, she co-created business and marketing strategies with women entrepreneurs that were tailored to their real needs. A human and transformative exchange.
Jenelle Katrine Nicolajsen-Gasana has a background in international development, social entrepreneurship and holistic women’s wellness. She has contributed to several programs and initiatives across East Africa.
Most recently, she carried out a mandate under CECI's Voluntary Cooperation Programme as a volunteer advisor in women's socio-economic empowerment with the PSF-Specialized Cluster in Kigali with CECI in Rwanda.
