The SUFAL II Project (Scaling up Forecast-based Action and Learning in Bangladesh) is an initiative designed to strengthen Anticipatory Action (AA) and Forecast-based Action (FbA) systems across Bangladesh. Implemented by CARE Bangladesh, with support from the European Union Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (ECHO), the project works to ensure that communities at risk of monsoon floods, flash floods, and lightning can take early, life saving actions before disasters strike.
