On the sidelines of #WHA79, young leaders, advocates and global health stakeholders are coming together to reimagine what equitable digital health systems could - and should - look like. As digital technologies increasingly shape how people access healthcare, information and support, ensuring that young people have a meaningful role in shaping those systems is no longer optional. It is essential. This session presented the Youth Call to Action on Digital Health Equity, youth‑authored recommendations developed from consultations with more than 300 young people across regions. The session also explored how digital health systems can advance equity, strengthen UHC, and meaningfully include youth in decision making, spotlighting youth perspectives, lived experiences and solutions for building digital health systems that are rights-based, inclusive and accountable.
