Muslims, Jews, Christians targeted: UN report warns of rising hate and violence

On 25 March 2026, Dimiter Chalev of the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, presented the following report to the Human Rights Council at its 61st session in Geneva: "Combating intolerance, negative stereotyping and stigmatization of, and discrimination, incitement to violence and violence against, persons based on religion or belief."
