As part of the ETPI initiative, WRI India is organising a three part webinar series titled 'Power at Peak'. The first webinar in the series  '#1 Why Energy Efficient Appliances and Demand Side Management Matters Now?’ was organised on May 14, 2026. The Energy Transition Preparedness Initiative (ETPI) — a consortium by Prayas (Energy Group), Sustainable Futures Collaborative, and WRI India is a multi-sectoral, multi-state initiative aimed at understanding state-level plans, actions, and governance processes supporting the energy transition. The “Power at Peak” webinar series builds on ETPI research DISCOM Initiatives to Promote Energy-Efficient Appliances and Equipment  to create an enabling ecosystem for implementation of demand side management programs.
