Santa Marta Conference: What should governments be talking about?

The 1st Conference on Transitioning Away from Fossil Fuels is starting on 24 April in Santa Marta (Colombia). We have asked our colleagues, Bertha Argueta (Senior Policy and Advocacy Officer - Climate Justice) and Markus Trilling (Senior Policy and Advocacy Officer - Progressive Green Taxation), what governments should be talking about in the coming days. Santa Marta is an opportunity to move the conversation forward on transitioning away from fossil fuels, in a just and equitable manner, at a time when ongoing wars and accelerating climate change are showing us the dangers of our continued fossil fuel dependence. Watch the video to hear from our climate and tax experts and stay tuned, we’ll be back after the conference!
