Communication helps people to make life-saving decisions in times of crisis. Communication also helps aid providers to ensure the services they provide meet the needs of affected communities. This video shows how we can work better together to enable two-way communication for more effective and accountable humanitarian response. The original video (https://youtu.be/mcILTT-vtzs) was funded by the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade for the joint CDAC–Ground Truth Solutions Pacific Programme.
