Building Resilience in Chad: Inside the REUNIR Bootcamp for a Food-Secure Future
40 Experts. 1 Mission: Transform Chad’s Future.
This bootcamp represents a powerful step toward sustainable agriculture, stronger ecosystems, and improved food and nutrition security.
This video takes you inside the first national Resilience Bootcamp in Abéché, Chad, where government institutions, universities, NGOs, and the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) came together to strengthen local capacity and build a more food-secure future.
Through the Sahel Universities' Network for Resilience (REUNIR), and with support from WFP’s Livelihoods Assets Resilience Academy (LARA), a new generation of resilience experts is being trained to tackle some of the Sahel’s toughest challenges.
This effort is part of a broader mission to end hunger and malnutrition while empowering communities at the heart of resilience-building.
