There are over three million internally displaced persons in Ukraine whose lives have been irrevocably changed by the war. By establishing the Ovruch social center, Estonia is contributing to international efforts to ensure that internally displaced persons have decent living conditions and security for the future, and to help them settle into new communities and contribute to local employment and the economy. In this way, conditions are created for people to rebuild their lives and contribute to Ukraine's recovery.
