Ukraine's agricultural officials' study visit to Estonia

In November 2025, ESTDEV hosted Ukrainian agricultural experts for a study visit to Estonia to learn firsthand how Estonia reformed its agricultural sector and built a modern EU-paying agency. 

Since 2023, ESTDEV has been supporting Ukraine’s EU integration journey and has trained 160+ Ukraine’s public sector officials on EU integration. In 2025, 66 more joined the programmes in agriculture, environment and law-making.
