Since February 2022, Ukrainian children have grown up in constant fear and uncertainty, making it vital for Estonia to help restore their sense of security while, through the construction of social housing, also addressing the housing crisis affecting over three million internally displaced people by providing safe, stable conditions for families to rebuild their lives, integrate into new communities, and contribute to the local economy.
