Effective digital transformation requires more than just technology — it needs structured, proven methodological frameworks that drive real impact, such as Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI). Estonia and Kenya have been collaborating on digital transformation for several years. Riho Pihelpuu, CEO of ADM Interactive, shared insights from his company's work with GovStack-based services, including the integration of legacy systems with GovStack principles. This GovStack session took place and was filmed during the e-Governance Conference 2025 in Tallinn, Estonia. Through examples and interactive discussion, workshop participants explored GovStack’s modular, interoperable Building Blocks such as Information Mediator, drive service design, data-driven decision-making, and long-term sustainability.
