Effective digital transformation requires more than just technology — it needs structured, proven methodological frameworks that drive real impact, such as Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI). Laurence Berry, the GovStack UX/UI Working Group co-lead and founder of Komo.International, introduced the design layer for GovStack, highlighting the service patterns and requirements needed before actual implementation can take place. This GovStack session took place and was filmed during the e-Governance Conference 2025 in Tallinn, Estonia. Through examples and interactive discussion, workshop participants explored GovStack’s modular, interoperable Building Blocks such as Information Mediator, drive service design, data-driven decision-making, and long-term sustainability.
