A tutorial on the recent improvements and functionalities related to the Cramer classification scheme in the QSAR Toolbox version 4.8. In this session, we will introduce the Cramer classification scheme, a widely-used profiler that classifies the chemicals into three hazard classes and demonstrate how to use it and explore its results. The QSAR Toolbox includes an updated implementation of the Cramer profiler which provides transparent and clear details and documentation on the rules which have been applied. We will guide you through the process of applying the profiler to a chemical and to explore the detailed information provided and saving the report.
