tutorial on the recent improvements and functionalities related to the query tool in the QSAR Toolbox version 4.8. This is the third in a series of video tutorials showing this functionality, for an introduction look our previous video. In this session, we will demonstrate how to apply the query tool to search for substance which are positive for in vitro mutagenicity but negative for carcinogenicity. The QSAR Toolbox includes a query tool that allow for complex and flexible searches on the databases. We will guide you through the use of the query tool for searching substances on basis to categorical results, such as those for in vitro mutagenicity and carcinogenicity.
