41: Cramer classification scheme Part 2
A tutorial on the recent improvements and functionalities related to the Cramer classification scheme in the QSAR Toolbox version 4.8.
In this session, we will demonstrate how to apply the Cramer classification scheme for read across and grouping purposes. For an introduction to the Cramer profiler and how to visualize the results, look our previous video.
The QSAR Toolbox includes an updated implementation of the Cramer profiler which provides transparent and clear details and documentation on the rules which have been applied. We will guide you through the process of using the Cramer profiler to create a category and gap filling using read across. We will also see how to evaluate the statistical distribution of the Cramer profiling results on a group of chemicals.
By the end of this tutorial, you will be equipped with the knowledge to effectively use this new feature.
