42: Observed metabolism Part 1
A tutorial on the recent improvements and functionalities related to the metabolite database in the QSAR Toolbox version 4.8.
In this session, we will introduce the new functionalities to visualize the information in observed metabolite databases.
The QSAR Toolbox includes an improved implementation of the observed metabolite databases. We will guide you through the process of applying the Metabolic Database profiler to identify chemicals with documented metabolites, find their metabolites and visualize metabolites maps.
