Clean Water Returns to Mariye Kebele | EU IM3 Solar WASH Project, South Wollo Ethiopia

Through the EU-funded IM3 Project, IOM Ethiopia solarized the water system with 180 solar panels, delivering over 500 cubic meters of clean water every day. Today, more than 15,000 people across Mariye, Yelalen, and Derakit kebeles have reliable, climate-resilient access to safe water—bringing relief to families, children, and elders after years of hardship.
