Three years ago, Women Mobilize Women and TUMI brought a dedicated gender focus to the TUMI Conference at ITF Summit 2023. Two years ago, that commitment took shape with the launch of the Global Alliance for Feminist Transport (GAFT), the first global hub on feminist transport and mobility. At ITF Summit 2026 in Leipzig, Jens Giersdorf, Management Head of TUMI, reflects on this journey and on what it means to see the network growing, women leaders in the room, and a shared dedication to keeping gender and inclusion at the centre of the transport sector.
