Ocean Observation to Practical Application in Decision-Making Workshop | March 2026 This workshop brought together institutions, scientists, companies, and end users to identify Costa Rica’s ocean forecasting needs and explore what is required to develop these services. Discussions focused on the models, observations, and collaborations needed to support practical ocean prediction tools and build a shared national vision for ocean-informed decision-making.
