Meet Binh, a young deaf worker who excels as a paint sprayer, and Hai Anh, a blind university student pursuing her dream to become a communications professional. In Viet Nam, millions of persons with disabilities continue to break barriers every day, not because the path is easy, but because their determination is stronger. On International Day of Persons with Disabilities (3 December), we recognise that persons with disabilities should not have to overcome barriers alone. Strong policies, responsive services, and inclusive workplaces make a real difference.
