As part of Plan International Ethiopia’s #GirlsTakeover initiative marking the International Day of the Girl 2025, Temkin Yiha, a Grade 12 Natural Science student, stepped into the position of Mrs. Banchiamlak G/Mariam, Head of the Amhara National Regional State Civil Service Bureau. The takeover offered Temkin valuable exposure to leadership and strengthened her confidence to pursue her ambitions.
