Head of Mission’s address after meetings with election bodies ahead of 12 Oct 2025 local elections

Head of the OSCE Mission Ambassador Gerard McGurk met with Kreshnik Radoniqi, Chair of the Central Election Commission (CEC), and Zenel Leku, Chair of the Election Complaints and Appeals Panel (ECAP), ahead of upcoming municipal elections on 12 October. Following the meetings, Ambassador McGurk addressed the voters calling on them to reflect and vote for the candidates that will make their neighbourhoods safer, more secure and more livable.
