🔵 Protecting and investing in girls today helps them grow into capable and resilient women tomorrow. This International Women’s Day, we raise our voices and say #WeObject. When girls are given the chance to grow, they gain skills, pursue education, and build the ability to earn and contribute meaningfully to society. But child marriage cuts this journey short. It forces girls to drop out of school, limits their opportunities to gain skills and sustainable livelihoods, and exposes them to serious health risks from early and frequent pregnancies. “Parapar” tells the story of a village where child, early, and forced marriage is still a harsh reality. Yet even in this setting, girls are choosing a different future, proving that girls belong in classrooms, workplaces, and leadership spaces, not in child marriage. #WeObject #EndChildMarriage #GiveToGain #IWD2026 ✊💜 Plan Bangladesh links: Website: https://plan-international.org/where-we-work/asia/bangladesh/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/planinbangladesh Twitter: https://twitter.com/PlanBangladesh
