The International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) is an international organisation with 21 Member States, based in Vienna, with a liaison office in Brussels and 32 duty stations located in its focus regions: Pan-Africa, Eastern Europe and Central Asia, the Mediterranean, the Silk Routes, Türkiye, and Western Balkans. ICMPD supports governments in establishing robust, rights-based migration management systems in and for countries. Using a holistic and whole-of-route approach, linking policy and research, cooperation and dialogues, and capacity development programmes on anti-trafficking, border management and security, labour migration, and return and reintegration.
