The Budapest Process convened its 37th Senior Officials’ Meeting in Istanbul on 26–27 November 2025, hosted by Türkiye as Chair. The meeting reviewed the first year of implementation of the Call for Action 2025–2030, with a focus on return and reintegration, legal pathways for migration, and law-enforcement cooperation across the Silk Routes Region. Senior Officials discussed progress, regional migration trends and priorities for 2026, supported by the work of the three Thematic Working Groups.
