The women included in the Small Firm Diaries study had already overcome many gender gaps to become business owners. We found, contrary to what national and global data would predict, that they were not smaller, lower-earning, nor with less access to finance than their male counterparts. With this video, we wanted to share the stories of some of these women who had already come so far.
