In an effort to spread the word about CLOUT, its objectives and its use for judges, lawyers, law professional, members of academic institutions and other interested users, the UNCITRAL secretariat has prepared and made available on its official channels a video on the background and structure of the CLOUT system for anyone wishing to explore ways on how to join our Network or curious to see the way by which UNCITRAL texts are applied in practice following their adoption by States.
