Workplace harassment is any unwelcome behaviour—verbal, physical, or online—that creates a hostile or uncomfortable work environment. This can include unwanted comments, inappropriate messages, bullying, discrimination, or abuse of power. Everyone deserves a safe and respectful workplace. If you experience or witness harassment, speak up, seek support, and report it through the proper channels. Creating safer workplaces starts with all of us.
