“Nuestro objetivo, nuestra meta, es que algún día La Moskitia se desarrolle como debe.” Desde Honduras, Norberto Allen comparte estas palabras, que reflejan lo que muchas personas han construido a lo largo de esta iniciativa: los Grandes Bosques de Mesoamérica. Y qué mejor momento para compartir este resumen de resultados que en el marco del #DíaMundialdelaMadreTierra. Desde parcelas de cacao y viveros comunitarios, hasta miles de plántulas producidas, estudios productivos y miles de kilómetros recorridos en patrullajes, son cientos de personas —comunidades, organizaciones, instituciones y aliados— las que han hecho posible este trabajo. Sería difícil nombrarlas a todas. Quizás este texto, o incluso este video, se quede corto para contar lo que realmente implicó este proceso.
