As territories face growing social demands and complex transitions, this dialogue brings together local and regional government leaders and public service workers' representatives to explore how stronger social dialogue can improve the quality, accessibility, and resilience of public services. The session will also mark the launch of the Global Framework Agreement between UCLG and Public Services International (PSI), reaffirming a shared commitment to decent work and inclusive public service provision.
