On the occasion of #16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence (GBV) and every day, UNHCR urges States to continue upholding the rights of refugee women and girls, ensuring their inclusion in social protection systems. GBV services, including psycho-social support, specialized health services and safe shelters can be lifesaving. Investing in women-led organizations and national systems is key to lasting change.
