Expanding women’s leadership through Senegal’s local health system

This video highlights how the Integrated Nutrition and Gender Project in Senegal (PINGS) worked with women in the health sector to build leadership skills, strengthen confidence and elevate their role in community health structures. The initiative supported women health workers to lead more effectively and contribute to stronger, more responsive local systems.
