Every year, young Atlantic puffins leave their colonies for the first time — guided by the moon, headed for open ocean. But artificial light at night is pulling them off course. In this clip from Good Nature Episode 3, puffin researcher Jill Taylor explains how light pollution affects pufflings along Canada's Atlantic coast, and how coastal volunteers are helping rescue and return them to sea.
