Lebanon 🇱🇧 | Safe Water, Stronger Systems in South Lebanon In South Lebanon, where water systems face pressure from conflict and climate stress, ensuring water safety is essential to protecting public health. With the support of the Lebanon Humanitarian Fund (LHF), Action Against Hunger operates one of the few NGO-supported water testing laboratories in the country, and the only such facility in South Lebanon. Through regular, free water quality testing for municipalities, schools, and health centers, we help detect contamination early, inform corrective measures, and reduce the risk of waterborne diseases.
