Keeping hope above water: As water levels around Bentiu, #SouthSudan, continue to rise, #UNMISS peacekeepers from #Pakistan are working around the clock to reinforce dykes protecting more than 300,000 people, critical infrastructure, and humanitarian supply routes. From dawn until long after dark, engineers and support teams monitor water levels, repair equipment, and strengthen flood defences to help communities stay safe and avoid further displacement.
