The water footprints of global food and agriculture trade: an exhibition at Chatham House
Ahead of London Climate Week, Chatham House hosted an exhibition based on a research paper by Richard King, a senior research fellow in the Environment and Society Centre, titled ‘The water footprints of global food and agriculture trade’.
The exhibition featured data visualizations by students from the MA Design for Data Visualisation at the University of the Arts London: London College of Communication, and was supported by Soapbox, a London-based creative design studio.
Responding to the Chatham House research, the students explored specific aspects of the project data, translating complex information into clear visual formats to support wider understanding and engagement.
