Claude for Nonprofits: using Skills to prepare for a donor call

In this walkthrough, we’re looking at how to level up Claude from a standard chatbot to a team member using the Skills and Projects features. By feeding Claude Markdown files that outline your specific workflows and expertise, you’re giving the AI a crash course in how your organization functions. 

The demo specifically shows off the Donor Update skill. Claude reaches out to grab live data from Asana, Gmail, and Google Calendar, then stitches it all together into a slide deck.
