Approximately 6.2 million children and teachers are in need of assistance in 2024 and currently, over 4.5 million Yemeni children of school age (5 to 17 years) do not attend schools. To ensure learning facilities are providing what children in Yemen require most, CARE, with support from Germany’s BMZ rehabilitated Khaled Ibn Al-Waleed School in #Taiz and constructed six classrooms, two toilets, equipped the health unit and fully furnished the school with chairs and whiteboards and all the school necessities. #education #shcool #learning #students #Taiz #BMZ
