Clean Water Response Restores Water Supply in Taiz Governorate

In Taiz, Yemen, thousands of people struggle every day to find enough water for their families. Many walk for hours with donkeys at dawn, just to fill a few jerrycans, and it’s never enough.
 
Through the Emergency Response Project (ERP), with generous funding from the Triage Fund, CARE rehabilitated and expanded vital water networks in Maqbanah and Al-Ma’afer districts, helping over 3,600 people access safe water without having to trek on long journeys.
