Complaint and Feedback Mechanism (CFM)
The Complaint and Feedback Mechanism (CFM) is a system that enables displaced individuals to express concerns, share feedback, and report issues related to humanitarian assistance and services at IOM-managed displacement sites.
IOM Somalia receives feedback and complaints through two main channels:
1. In person: CCCM teams are present daily at the sites and are available for direct interaction with camp residents.
2. By phone: Residents can call toll-free hotlines anonymously to share their concerns.
