This visualisation brings to life one of Salamis’ key early Christian monuments, offering an immersive look at its architectural form and historical significance.
The basilica of Kampanopetra is one of the most monumental early Byzantine churches of Cyprus. This monumental basilica stretches over 150 meters and features marble floors, opus sectile decorations, and multiple atria, showcasing the wealth and artistry of its time.
This is a project of the Technical Committee on Cultural Heritage, funded by the European Union and implemented by the United Nations Development Programme.
