This video, spotlighting our partners at Recidiviz, explains how modern data tools can create clearer, more rehabilitative paths for people in prison, improve public safety, and help governments more effectively deploy public resources. Through a unified data platform, corrections agencies can map out every opportunity people are eligible for from day one, making incentives for positive behavior more transparent and achievable. These changes are already having measurable impact: tens of thousands of people have come home sooner and are better prepared to succeed; recidivism has dropped in states using the platform; and communities have saved more than a billion dollars in incarceration costs.
