2024 Annual General Assembly of the GDPRD - DAY 2
The GDPRD Secretariat is gearing up for our flagship event of the year: The Annual General Assembly (AGA), happening on 26-27 November 2024, both online and in person at IFAD HQ in Rome.
This year’s theme, "Financing Food Systems Transformation and Rural Revitalization: Opportunities and Challenges," will explore how to make the most of limited resources to close funding gaps and drive impactful investments.
Join interactive sessions that tackle questions like:
• What are the top priorities for scaling innovative finance for food?
• What should donors be doing differently?
• How do we shape donor financing approaches in this changing world?
• How do we cope with increasing global crises?
Hear from Experts:
• Keynote: H.E. Dr. Ibrahim Mayaki, African Union Special Envoy on Food Systems
• Scene Setting: Maximo Torero Cullen, Chief Economist (FAO) and Jo Puri, Special Adviser on Strategic Initiatives (IFAD)
