Mr. Htet Waiyan Phyo Latt, Deputy Staff Officer, Department of Rural Development, Ministry of Cooperatives and Rural Development, Government of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, Nay Pyi Taw, Myanmar, delivered an engaging “Back-to-Home” presentation during the valedictory and closing session of the CIRDAP–NIRDPR Collaborative International Training Programme on Geo-Informatics Applications in Rural Development held on 4 April 2026. The collaborative training programme (funded by the Govt. of India) held during 30 March to 4 April, 2026 at the NIRDPR Campus (link Institute of CIRDAP) Hyderabad, India.
