Webinar: Financial and environmental feasibility of introducing EVs into the OSCE fleet

From Oct 2023 until Jan 2025, Fleet Forum undertook a consultancy study on behalf of the OSCE, examining the feasibility of adopting EVs within the OSCE fleet mix in its Missions in Tajikistan, Kosovo and North Macedonia.

A thorough analysis of fleet operations, costs and the environmental context gave a clear picture in those 3 locations and also reinforced some basic fleet management principles, providing the OSCE management some good takeaways for both the present and medium
 term. This webinar explains what was done and how it might help the OCSE and other members!
