In today’s advanced age, gender discrimination is increasingly rare. Women now excel in various fields, performing tasks previously associated with men, showcasing their capabilities and harnessing their strengths. The collaborating between women and men is crucial in our Red Cross humanitarian activities. The active involvement of women enhances the overall effectiveness of our initiatives. Recognizing women as the mothers of the future, granting them equal rights alongside men in our operations amplifies our impact. Women volunteers from the Red Cross contributes significantly to various sectors, including first aid and safety services, psychosocial support activities, blood donor recruitment, health promotion, disaster preparedness, as well as response and rehabilitation efforts.
