On 11 December 2025, the African Development Bank (AfDB) and Financial Action Task Force (FATF) brought together a panel of international experts to discuss key insights from the FATF grey list process. Speakers from countries that recently exited the grey list shared knowledge and lessons learnt, to support other countries to strengthen their defences against illicit finance.
