Building Stronger Institutions to Better Serve Farmers

How can stronger farmer organizations improve agricultural outcomes in Eswatini? In Eswatini, the Eswatini National Agricultural Union (ESNAU) plays a vital role in representing farmers and facilitating access to information, markets and advocacy platforms. Strengthening institutional capacity enhances its ability to serve both men and women farmers across the country. Through Alliances for Action (A4A) and SheTrades, ITC works with ESNAU to strengthen governance systems, staff skills and service delivery practices that increase outreach and agricultural impact. In this video: • How strengthening ESNAU improves farmer support • Why institutional capacity matters for service delivery • How partnerships contribute to stronger agricultural systems In collaboration with the EU in Eswatini and the Government of Eswatini.
